A very international sixth edition

The 5G Forum has crossed borders with the support of multinationals from the three major continents (Europe, America and Asia), making it one of the leading events in 5G technology in Spain and internationally.

Multinationals from the United States (Viavi Solutions), China (Huawei and ZTE), France (Orange and Capgemini), Sweden (Ericsson), Germany (Rohde & Schwarz and Vantage Towers), United Kingdom (Vodafone), Finland (Nokia), and Spain (Telefónica, Netmetrix, Minsait, OFG, Gsertel, Hispasat, Axión and Impulsa RTVE), as well as European (European Broadcasting Union -EBU-, 5G-MAG and 6G-IA) and South American (5G Americas) associations, played a leading role in this sixth edition.

Attendees and sponsors were also able to network with other companies and compare opinions with a wide range of experts. Another aspect that has not gone unnoticed among the participants has been the ‘demo area’. In it, they have been able to see first hand the advances of large companies in reference to this technology: as a dog-robot, autonomous cars or play tennis with Virtual Reality glasses, among many others.
