The North American multinationals American Tower, Viavi Solutions, Qualcomm, Mavenir, Cisco, Keysight Technologies and Tesla will show all their muscle at the 5G Forum 2022. It is the participation record for companies from the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 5G Forum 2022 is held from May 9 to 13 in a hybrid format. With an opening day in Seville, on May 9, and which will be held at the Palacio de Congresos, FIBES. The American Tower company, based in Boston, will be very present at the 5G Forum 2022. On the opening day, on May 9 at Fibes, they will make the world presentation of a digital Mupi that works through 5G technology, which will have as objective to show a business model based on a hybrid support of telecommunications, citizen information and advertising. This Mupi shows that connectivity has never been more discreet while respecting the visual harmony of the city. It is made up of a led screen and that makes it an exclusive location, with technologically attractive solutions for advertisers and the public administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand, on the second day of the 5G Forum, Jos\u00e9 Barroso, Head of Innovation at American Tower, will tell us in his presentation how this American company has created this Mupi. A hybrid telecommunications, advertising and public service support for the citizen, for the use of urban furniture in the development of New Technologies in SmartCities. It is a cost-free model for the public administration, profitable and that entails significant savings for telecommunications companies and advertisers. Keysight Technologies MIMO technology<\/b><\/p>\n

The Californian company Keysight Technologies will be very present at the 5G Forum 2022. On the opening day at Fibes, on May 9, it will present to visitors one of its latest demonstrations based on 5G technology. Also, on May 11 -third day-, this company will be present through a presentation by Rafael Garc\u00eda, Product Manager (Wireless Analyzers), and a Webinar in which Rafael Garc\u00eda, Pertti Kangas, Product Manager, Channel Emulation will participate Keysight Technologies Solutions; Jukka Kyr\u00f6l\u00e4inen, R&D manager, wireless systems and channel modeling, CE team at Keysight Technologies; and Subin Narayana, 5G Wireless System Specialist Keysight Technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n

In these sessions, Massive MIMO will be discussed, the technology that allows any communication device to enjoy 5G connectivity. During this session, the details of end-to-end 5G massive MIMO technology will be told. It will then show how to measure massive MIMO beamforming and data throughput simultaneously with the latest channel emulation and wireless analytics solutions from Keysight Technologies. Mavenir and its Convergent Core<\/b><\/p>\n

Mavenir, a company specializing in telecommunications software based in Texas, will also attend the 5G Forum. Specifically, on the second day of the event, on May 10. Javier Gavil\u00e1n, Regional South of Europe and Latam of Mavenir, will talk about the Mavenir Convergent Core on public cloud.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mavenir is perhaps best known in the market for its Open RAN product. However, they have an extensive portfolio that also includes data CORE for different technologies, from 2G to 5G. The different network functions can be deployed on any type of cloud, private, public or hybrid.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the presentation, Javier Gavil\u00e1n will present the deployment capabilities of his converged CORE on public cloud, in particular the collaboration with Amazon Web Services, but which could be extrapolated to other providers such as Azure or Google Cloud.<\/span><\/p>\n

Viavi Solutions quality 5G services<\/b><\/p>\n

The multinational VIAVI Solutions, based in Arizona, will also be present at the opening day of the 5G Forum, where it will expose visitors to one of its latest demonstrations through 5G.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand, this company will also participate in the fourth day of the 5G Forum, on May 12, with a panel in which three speakers will participate: Maribel Ortiz, EMEA Channel Director of VIAVI Solutions; Gen\u00eds S\u00e1nchez, EMEA PLM Director, VIAVI Solutions Wireless Test; and Mercedes Fern\u00e1ndez Guti\u00e9rrez, Independent Advisor, formerly – Innovation Manager at Telef\u00f3nica Spain. This presentation will provide information on how to deploy 5G networks and services with quality and efficiency. Qualcomm and 6G<\/b><\/p>\n

The Californian company Qualcomm, specialized in producing chipsets for mobile technology, will also participate in the 5G Forum 2022. Specifically, on the second day of the event. Through a speech in which the General Director in Spain of Qualcomm, Douglas Vaz Ben\u00edtez, will go one step further to talk about 6G technology. Tesla, an American company based in Texas that designs, manufactures and sells electric cars, components for the propulsion of electric vehicles, solar roofs, photovoltaic solar installations and domestic batteries; It will also be present at the 5G Forum. It will display its exclusive electric car models on site. In addition, previously registered visitors will be able to take a test drive.<\/span><\/p>\n
